No more “Sunday Scaries”. The Sunday Exhale is your invitation to soften the edges of the week, calm your nervous system, and step into Monday with clarity instead of apprehension. This half‑day retreat is designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and create space for the version of you that wants to lead the week rather than brace for it.
We’ll begin with a 90‑minute blend of Pilates, yoga and meditation intentionally crafted to release tension, ground your energy, and bring you back into your body. Through mindful movement, you’ll shift out of stress mode and into a state of ease.
After our practice, you’ll explore an Aromatherapy Bar, where you’ll create your own custom essential‑oil roller; a personalized scent you can carry into the week as a reminder to pause, breathe, and return to yourself.
We’ll close with gentle reflection time, offering space to set intentions, journal, or simply sit in quiet presence before stepping back into your day.
The Sunday Exhale is your reset button; a soft landing at the end of the week and a peaceful beginning to the one ahead.
What to Expect

Enjoy a 90-minute movement session integrating Pilates, yoga and meditation to help you ease into the week ahead with intention. Through deliberate movement and quiet reflection, you’ll create space to reconnect with yourself and cultivate a sense of clarity and purpose.
Aromatherapy Bar
As part of the experience, you’ll craft your own custom scent; a personal keepsake you can use anytime you need to shift your energy outside of this space. Each scent is a soft reminder of the presence and purpose you cultivated during the retreat.
Reflection
In concluding our practice, we’ll take time to reflect; setting intentions for the week or journaling about your experience. This grounding moment reinforces everything you cultivated in your practice.
